acres more or less also in the town of Archer
County of Alachua and State aforesaid Lot six
(6) in Block twenty three (B23) as per plat of said
Town together with all and singular the rights
members hereditaments and appurtenances to the
said premises belonging or in anywise incident
or appertaining.
To have and to hold all and Singular the said
premises unto the said Charles S. Jervey his heirs
and assigns as his absolute property in fee simple
forever and the said parties of the first part do
hereby covenant and agree that they are lawfully
seized of the premises above described as children
and right heirs of the said William Jervey as
aforesaid and that they have conveyed same free
of and from all encumbrances and liens what-
soever

it may concern that Mrs Mary Caroline Jervey
to me well known as the wife of W. St Julien
Jervey and as one of the persons described in
and who executed the foregoing deed of conveyance
did this day to me on private examination made
separately and apart from her said husband ac-
knowledge and declare that she made herself a
party to and executed the same for the purpose
of renouncing and relinquishing all and every
dower and right of dower in and to the lands
in said conveyance described and that the same
was done by her freely and voluntarily and with-
out any constraint apprehension or fear of or from
