                 "Deed"
This Indenture made the 30th day of May Anno Domini
Eighteen hundred and Seventy nine Between Thomas B.
Tillis and Hettie Tillis husband and wife of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida parties of
the first part and M.F. Tillis of County of Alachua
and the State of Florida party of the second part:
Witnesseth: That the said parties of the first part for and
in consideration of Eight hundred and twenty five dollars

to them in hand paid by the said parties of the first part
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have given
granted aliened bargained sold transferred and do
by these presents give grant alien bargain sell transfer
and convey unto the said party of the second part
and his heirs and assigns forever all that certain Lot
Tract or Parcel of Land Situate lying and being
in the of County of Alachua and State of Florida and
known and described on the public records of said
State as the North East Quarter of Section twenty
seven Township ten Range twenty two East. Also the
South West quarter of the North West quarter and the
South West Quarter of the north East Quarter also the
North East Quarter of the South West Quarter and
North West Quarter of the South East Quarter, South
West Quarter of the South East Quarter of section twenty
five Township eight Range twenty one east containing

three hundred acres more or less
