This Indenture made the 11th day of August in the year of
our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Seventy nine
Between Henry W. Reed of Duval County State of Florida
of the first part and the Peninsular Rail Road Com-
pany of Florida of the second part. Witnesseth
that the said party of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of two dollars lawful
money of the United States of America to him in
