has remised released and quit claimed and by
these presents does remise release and quit claim
unto the said party of the second part and to their
successors and assigns forever all of a certain
piece parcel or lot of land situate lying and
being in Alachua County State of Florida and
known and described upon the plats of the
United States surveys in the United States Land
office as Lot twelve (12) section twenty two (22) Town-
ship eleven (11) south of Range twenty two (22) East
containing with all and Singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining and the reversion and reversions
remainder and remainders rents issues and profits
thereof; and also all the estate right title interest
separate estate dower and right of dower property
possession claim and demand whatsoever as well
in law as in equity of the said party of the first
part of in and to the above described premises
and every part and parcel thereof with the appur-
tenances. To have and to hold all and singular the
above mentioned and described premises together
with the appurtenances unto the said parties of
the second part their successors and assigns forever
