are free from all incumbrances that the said party
of the first part has good right to sell and convey the
same to the said party of the second part as aforesaid
and that the said party of the first part his heirs
executors and administrators the above described and
hereby granted and conveyed premises and every
part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances unto
the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
against the said party of the first part and his heirs
and against all and every person and persons
lawfully claiming or to claim the same shall and
will warrant and by these presents forever defend.

that I Fannie Lassiter wife of Wilburn Lassiter
Grantor in the foregoing Deed conveying Real estate
for and in consideration of the premises in said deed
mentioned and of one Dollar to me in hand paid by
Ishmael Rutledge Grantee in said deed mentioned
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have rem-
ised released relinquished renounce and forever
quit claim unto the said Ishmael Rutledge all my
dower and right of dower in and to the Lands in the
foregoing Deed mentioned and conveyed To have and to
hold the same unto the said Ishmael Rutledge his
heirs and assigns forever and I do hereby acknowledge
that I do the same freely and voluntarily and without any
compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from
my said husband
