Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents
that this Indenture made this the 14th day of July in the
year of our Lord 1879 between Jane M. Parks and C.
W. Parks her husband of the County of Alachua and 
State of Florida Witnesseth that for and in consider-
ation of the Sum of one hundred and Sixty five
dollars to them in hand paid by Mary E. Furman and
Charles D. Furman of the County of Alachua and
State of Florida the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl-
edged have granted bargained and sold and do by
these presents grant bargain sell and convey unto the
said Mary E. Furman & Charles D. Furman her husband
their heirs executors administrators and assigns forever the
following described lot tract or parcel of land situate
lying and being in the Town of Fairbanks marked on
the town plat No 6 being in Alachua County and
State of Florida provided always that the said Mary
E. Furman and Charles D. Furman her husband
their heirs or assigns shall never sell or lease the above
