son of color also that no intoxicating liquors
shall ever be sold or used on said premises as a
beverage by any person or persons whomsoever nor
shall they knowingly allow any games of chance as
a practice on said premises and it is expressly a-
greed that if any of the above provisions are violated
then this land shall revert back to the said Jane
M. Parks & C.W. Parks her husband their heirs and
assigns otherwise this transfer remains good
To have and to hold the above granted bargained
and described premises together with all and
singular the tenements hereditaments and appurten-
ances to the same belonging or in anywise appertain-
ing to the said lot marked No 6 on the plat of the
town of Fairbanks Alachua County State of
Florida their heirs executors administrators and
assigns in fee simple absolute forever
and the said Jane M. Parks and C.W. Parks her hus-
band for themselves and for their heirs executors
administrators and assigns do covenant and agree
to and with the said Mary E. Furman and Charles
D. Furman her husband that they will and their
heirs executors administrators and assigns shall
forever warrant and defend the title to the above
described premises against all persons whomsoever
lawfully claiming the same.
