pointed by the Governor of the State of Florida
and qualified according to the laws thereof to
take the acknowledgment and proof of the Ex-
ecution of Deeds or other conveyances or leases
or of any contract power of attorney or other writing
under seal or not to administer oaths and affirma-
tions and take and certify Depositions to be used
or recorded in the said state of Florida personally
appeared C.W. Parks (husband of Jane M. Parks)
who is known to me to be the same person described
in and who executed the annexed instrument of
writing between himself as one of the parties thereto
and Mary E. Furman and Charles D. Furman
her husband the other party thereof and the said
C.W. Parks acknowledged to me that he executed the
said instrument as his free act and deed for
the uses and purposes therein mentioned and
set forth, and I further certify that I know that
the person who made this said acknowledgment
is the identical person described in and who
executed the said instrument of writing

Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that
we William T. Richardson (bachelor) Samuel T. Richardson
& S.G. Richardson his wife
and Margaret L. Richardson widow of James M. Richardson
late of Alachua County Florida deceased and Henry S.
Richardson and M.S. Richardson his wife all of the
State and County aforesaid for and in consideration
of the sum of One hundred & Seventy five dollars
to us in hand paid by P.H. Young also of the County
and State aforesaid the receipt whereof we and each
of us do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained
sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell and convey unto him the said P.H.
Young all that certain lot piece or parcel of land
