B.S. Foster to Mrs A.T. Carlisle
                         "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents That I B.S. Foster (Bachelor) of the
Alachua County   } aforesaid County and State for and in consideration of the sum of Four
Hundred dollars to me in hand paid by Mrs A.T. Carlisle of the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted bargain
sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto her the
said Mrs A.T. Carlisle all of that certain lot piece or parcel of land situated lying and being
in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly known and described as
follows to wit: The North half of Lot Number Three of the Thomas Napier Grant said Grant
lying and bring in Township Ten (10) Range 20 & 19 E the said Lot having been surveyed and
platted by J.H. Roper the plat of which is duly recorded in deed B "I" at Page 591 and the
said North half of said Lot Three containing by estimation Twenty acres of land more
or less. Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to
the same belonging or in any wise appertaining To Have and Hold the same unto her the said
Mrs A.T. Carlisle and to her heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee simple and
absolute. And I the said B.S. Foster do hereby covenant and agree to and with the
said Mrs A.T. Carlisle that I am lawfully seized in fee of the above property herein and
hereby conveyed; and that we have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same; that
the same is free from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever, and that I will and my heirs
executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto
her the said Mrs A.T. Carlisle and to her heirs executors administrators and
assigns against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons
whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same.
In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
my seal on this 16th day of January AD 1882.
