that I. Marcus Endel (Bachelor) of the aforesaid County
and State for and in Consideration of the Sum of one
thousand Dollars to me cash in hand paid by Moses
Endel of said State and County the receipt whereof I do
hereby acknowledge have granted, bargained sold
and conveyed: And by these presents do grant, bar-
gain Sell and convey unto him the said Moses
Endel all of my right title interest and claim at
law or in equity of in and to the following described
lot block piece or parcel of land Situated lying and
being in the Town of Gainesville in Alachua County in
the State of Florida and particularly described accor-
ding to the original plats or Maps of said Town of
Gainesville Florida as being the South half of Block
No Three (3) in Range No Seven (7) the said interest
hereby Conveyed being an undivided one half interest
in and to the said lot of land above described -
Together with all and Singular the tenements hered-
itaments and appurtenances to the Same belonging
or in anywise appertaining. To have and to hold
the same unto him the said Moses Endel and to
his heirs and assigns in fee Simple absolute for-
ever. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand
