hereditaments and appurtenances to the belonging or
in anywise appertaining.
To have and to hold the Same unto her the said
Kate A. Taylor and to her heirs executors adminis-
trators and assigns in fee Simple absolute forever
And I the said Samuel Y. Finley do hereby coven-
ant and agree to and with the said Kate A. Taylor
that I am lawfully Seized in fee of the property herein
and hereby Conveyed and that I have good and lawful
right to Sell and Convey the Same that the Same is
free from all encumbrances of any Kind whatsoever and
that I will and my heirs executors administrators shall
and will forever warrant and defend the same
unto her the said Kate A. Taylor and to her heirs
executors administrators and assigns against the
lawful claims and demands of any and all
persons whomsoever claiming or to claim the same
