release renounce and quit-claim unto her the
said Kate A. Taylor all of my right Claim interest
or title to dower or right of dower in and to the follow-
ing described lands to wit: All that Certain lot piece
tract or parcel of Land Situated lying and being in
the County of Alachua in the State of Florida partic-
ularly known and described as follows to wit:
All that Certain part or portion of Lot numbered
Nine (9) in the Moses E. Levy Grant on the South
side of Wauberg Lake being a part of what is par-
ticularly known as the Leitner Lands and particular-
ly described on the Platt or Maps of said Leitner
Land as made by W.C. Miller CE as Lot No 75
Containing (2171) acres Twenty one Seventy one hundredths
acres said plat being recorded at page 645 of
Deed Book "J" public record of Alachua County
Florida. To have and to hold the above described
property unto her the said Kate A. Taylor and to her
heirs executors administrators and assigns released
of and from from all claim of dower by me -
