Alachua County   } Know ye that we James F.P. John-
ston and Fannie R. Johnston of the State and County
above mentioned that for and in Consideration of the
natural love and affection we have for our Son Charlie
E. Johnston and the further payment of the sum
of Ten ($10) dollars to us in hand paid before the
signing and sealing of this Instrument we have given
sold Conveyed bequeathed and by these presents do
give sell Convey bequeath and and deed in Fee Simple
all of our right title interest and claim in the fol-
lowing described tracts of land together with all the
appurtenances thereunto with all rents rights and titles
we possess in the North half (1/2) of the North East
quarter (1/4) of Section Twenty four (24) Township Ten (10)
Range Twenty (20) Also the North East quarter (1/4) of
the South East quarter (1/4) of Section Ten (10) Township
Ten (10) Range Twenty (20) Containing one hundred
and twenty (120) acres more or less according to the presents
Survey. We Severally do bind ourselves and our heirs
to himself and his heirs forever. The title of which
we will forever defend against all claims or pre-
tended claims. In Witness Whereof we have here
unto set our hands and seals on this the 14th fourteenth
day of April Eighteen hundred and Eighty one (1881)
