William L. Finger To Geo W. Sparkman

State of Florida }
Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents
that William L. Finger and S.F. Finger his wife
of the aforesaid County and State for and in Consider-
ation of the Sum of one thousand and one hun-
dred dollars to them in hand paid by George W.
Sparkman of the County of Alachua in the State of
Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge
have granted bargained sold and Conveyed and by
these presents do grant bargain Sell and Convey
unto him the said George W. Sparkman all of that
Certain lot piece tract or parcel of land situated lying and
being in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
particularly known and described as follows to wit:
Lots Number Two (2) and Three (3) and Six (6) and Seven (7)
in the Town of Yulee of Section Six (6) Township Nine
(9) South of range Twenty one (21) East Containing one
hundred and forty (140) acres more or less Lot 2 & 3 & 6 & 7 in
T9 Sec 6 S R21 - Also that parcel or tract of land lying
North of the Railroad being a portion of the North
West Quarter of the South West quarter of fractional
Section (5) five in township (9) nine Range Twenty one
(21) Containing two acres more or less the Same being
a portion of the Arredondo Grant, Together with all
and singular the tenements hereditaments and appur
tenancies to the same belonging or in anywise apper-
taining thereto - To Have and to Hold the Same unto him
the said George W. Sparkman and to his heirs execu-
tors administrators and assigns in fee Simple abso-
lute forever. And we the said William L. Finger and
his wife S.F. Finger do hereby Covenant and agree
