W.W. Gordon & Co To W.A. Campbell
        "Quit Claim Deed"
State of Georgia }
Chatham County   } Whereas we William W. Gordon
and H. Brigham Composing the firm doing busi-
ness in the City of Savannah in the aforesaid
County and State under the firm name and
Style of W.W. Gordon and Company hold a Mort-
gage Deed of Conveyance executed and delivered
to us by William A. Colclough upon his undivided
one half interest in and to the lots or parcels of land
hereinafter described and whereas the said William
A. Colclough is about to sell and dispose of of
the said lot or parcel of land hereinafter described
at and for the price which which Composes the
Consideration hereinafter expressed for this in-
strument and has obligated himself to pay over and
deliver to us the purchase money for which he Sells
said parcel of land - Now in order that the said
William A. Colclough may be enabled to Sell and
Convey the said lot or parcel of land free from all
claim or encumbrance upon our part, Therefore
know all men by these presents that we the said
William A. Gordon and H. Brigham for and in
Consideration of the Sum of One hundred and
fifteen Dollars to us in hand paid by William
A. Colclough the receipt whereof we do hereby ac-
knowledge have forever quit claimed and released
and by these presents do forever quit Claim release
and forever renounce unto him the said William
A. Colclough all of our right title claims or demand
of in over or to the following described lot piece or
parcel of land Situated lying and being in the County
of Alachua and in the State of Florida within
the "Arredondo Grant" the Same being a portion of
the "D.L. Clinch Grant" of One thousand acres lying
in Township Ten (10) South of Range Twenty (20) East
and particularly described as follows to wit: Com-
mencing at a Stake at the North West Corner of the
said "D.L. Clinch Grant of one thousand acres" thence from
said Stake South four degrees forty five minuets West four
(4) Chains and thirty one (31) links to a stake thence South
Eighty five degrees fifteen minuets East Eleven (11) Chains
and forty three (43) links to a Stake which is the place
