that We Elizabeth A. Bracy and W.H. Bracey her hus-
band of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
for and in Consideration of the Sum of One hundred
and twenty five dollars to us in hand paid by Mrs Lola
Morris the wife of Oscar D. Morris of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida the re-
ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted
bargained and Sold and do by these presents
grant bargain sell and Convey unto the said
Mrs Lola Morris and her heirs executors adminis-
trators and assigns forever the following described
lot or parcel of land situate lying and being in
the County of Alachua and State of Florida to wit
The West half of the following described lot to wit:
Beginning at a point on the Northern boundary line
of Fractional Section Eighteen (18) Township Ten (10) Range
Twenty (20) East which point is located Thirty Seven
Chains and and Sixty four links east of the North West
Corner of said fractional Section Eighteen (18) and running
thence south Sixteen (16) Chains and Eighty Seven (87) links
to the Northern boundary line of the "Napier Grant" thence
North 84 1/4° East (along said line) Eleven (11) Chains and
five (5) links to the South West Corner of Mrs A.E. Bracys
land thence North along her Western boundary line
Fifteen (15) Chains and Seventy Seven (77) links to the North-
ern boundary line of said fractional section Eighteen
Thence West along said said line Eleven (11) Chains to
the point of beginning Containing Eighteen acres of
land and water Eight acres of which is covered with Water
the said lot lying and being in the said fractional Section
Eighteen (18) Township Ten (10) Range Twenty (20) S & E =
To have and to hold the above granted bargained and des-
cribed premises together with all and singular the ten-
ements hereditaments and appurtenances to the Same
belonging or in anywise appertaining to the said
Mrs Lola Morris and her heirs executors admin-
istrators and assigns in fee Simple absolute forever
And the said Elizabeth A. Bracy and W.H. Bracy for
themselves and for their heirs executors administra-
tors and assigns do Covenant and agree to and with the
said Mrs Lola Morris that they will and their heirs
executors administrators and assigns shall forever
warrant and defend the title to the above described
