Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents
                  that we Alice H. Center and George
Y. Center her husband of the aforesaid County and State
for and in consideration of the sum of Four hundred
Dollars to them in hand paid by Ebenezer D. Barnett
of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the
receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have granted
bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do
grant bargain sell and convey unto him the said
Ebenezer D. Barnett all of that certain lot peice tract
or parcel of land situated lying and being in the County
of Alachua in the State of Florida, particularly known
and described as follows to wit: Starting from the SW
Corner of Section thirty one (31) Township Eleven (11)
Range Twenty one (21) thence East along southern
line of said Section Fifty Four Chains and one half (54 1/2)
Thence North forty chains & four links that being the
NE corner & Starting point of the tract I now and
hereby grant & convey to the said E.D. Barnett from this
the NE Corner running West seven chains and thirty
feet, thence South Twenty six chains and Eighty three
