North Twenty six chains and Eighty three links to the
point of beginning, being the NE Corner of said tract: Con
-taining by Estimation twenty acres of land More or less
 Togather with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise
appertaining: To Have and To Hold the same unto him
the said Ebenezer D. Barnett: and to his heirs Executors
administrators and assigns in fee simple absolute forever
and we the said Alice H. Center and George Y. Center her hus
=band do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Eben
ezer D. Barnett that we are lawfully seized in fee of
the property herein and hereby conveyed and that we have
good and lawful right to sell and convey the same
that the same is free from all encumbrances of any
kind whatsoever and that we will and our heirs Ex
ecutors and administrators shall and will forever 
warrant and defend the same unto him the said Eben
ezer D. Barnett and to his heirs Executors administrators
and assigns against the lawful claims and demands
of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming
or hereafter to claim the same In Witness whereof
we have hereunto set our hands and affixed our seals
on this 31st day of May AD 1881

AD 1881 before me personally appeared Mrs Alice
H. Center wife of George Y. Center the grantor on
the foregoing conveyance who being first duly questioned
and Examined by me separate and apart from her
said husband says and acknowledges before me that she
did sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose
of releasing relinquishing and renouncing All of her right
of dower in and to the land in said deed described and
that said relinquishment and renunciation of Dower
was done and made and made by her freely and voluntarily
and without any compulsion constraint apprehension
or fear of or from her said husband
