 Issabella S. Strickland To N.D. Phillips
                      "Deed"
State of Florida }
Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that
                 }I Issabella S. Strickland a widow
residing in the aforesaid County and State for and
in consideration of the sum of Five Hundred
Dollars to me cash in hand on this day paid
by N.D. Phillips of the Town of Gainesville in
the State of Florida the receipt whereof I do
hereby acknowledge have granted bargained
sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell and convey unto him the said N.D.
Phillips all of those Certain peices parcels or tracts
of land situate lying and being in the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida particularly described as
follows to wit: The North East quarter of the
South East quarter of section sixteen (16) in
Township Ten (10) South of Range Twenty (20)
East - and the East half of the North West
quarter of the south east quarter of said section
sixteen (16) and all of the South East quarter of the
South East quarter of said Section sixteen (16) 
except Twenty (20) acres thereof heretofore sold and conveyed
to John M. Taylor all of said land lying and being in
the said section sixteen (16) in Township Ten (10)
south of Range Twenty (20) East and containing Eighty
acres of land more or less. Togather with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same
belonging or in anywise appertaining. To Have and 
To Hold the same unto him the said N.D. Phillips
and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns
in fee simple absolute forever. In Witness Whereof I
