County of Alachua } Know all men by these presents
                  }that we James D. Matheson and James
T. McMillan both of State and County aforesaid as Trustees
for the creditors of the Estate of John W. Anderson Deceased
For and in consideration of the sum of One Thousand Twenty
Two & 02/100 Dollars ($1022.02) to us as such Trustees in
hand paid receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
granted, bargained and sold and conveyed and by these presents
do grant bargain sell and convey unto Merritt L. Wood
of said State and County the following described lots
or parcels of land which we hold for sale as Trustees
for certain Judgement Creditors of the Estate of said
John W. Anderson Deceased to wit all of those certain
peices parcels or tracts of land situate lying and being in
the County of Alachua and State of Florida designated
upon a a map or plat of what is known popularly
as the Leitner Lands as Lot Number forty (40) Con
taining thirty and four tenths (30 4/10) acres of land and water
more or less Lot number forty one (41) containing forty
five and seven tenths (45 7/10) acres of land and water more
