Alachua County   } This Indenture made the 17th
                 } day of June AD 1881 between
W.L. Finger and S.F. Finger his wife of the aforesaid
County and State parties of the first part and L.L. Hill
of the same place party of the second part
Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of Five Hundred
Dollars ($50000) to them in hand paid by the party
of the second part have granted bargained sold and
conveyed and do by these presents grant bargain sell
convey and confirm unto the said party of the second
part and to his heirs and assigns the following described
property to wit all those lots tracts or parcels of land
situate lying and being in the County of Alachua in the
State of Florida and known and distinguished as follows
to wit one Lot Commencing at a stake on the section
Line sixty feet west of the Center of the Florida RR track
and about five (5) chains west of the sec Cor thence west
Two Hundred and sixty seven feet to a stake thence south Two
hundred feet to stake; Thence East one hundred and forty feet
to a stake thence Two hundred and thirty Eighth feet along the Rail
Road limit to the place of Commencement Containing one
acre more or less all in section Four (4) Township Ten (10) R(20)
Twenty East Also the South East quarter of the North East
quarter of section Thirty two (32) in Township Eight (8)
south of Range Twenty one (21) East containing 40 Forty acres
more or less; Lot number Fourteen (14) in Leopold Kleis sub
divission of Lot No (3) Three and the fractions of Lots No (2) Nos
(6) & (7) in sec 4 Township Nine (9) range Twenty Two 
22 East as recorded in said lot to Commence at
North West corner of Amelia Avenue and Hotel Street
thence 300 feet west to North East corner of Rosa Avenue
and Hotel Street thence North 175 feet to point of Lot
No 13 thence (300) feet East forming the dividing line
between aforesaid lot No 13 and 14 thence 175 feet west
on Amelia Avenue to point of beginning containing
one and a quarter of an acre in **a more or less
and lots numbers one (1) four (4) and five (5) saving and
excepting (10) acres off of the S East corner of said lot

Range (21) Twenty one East containing (110) one hundred
and ten acres more or less; Togather with all and singular the 
rights tenements and hereditaments thereunto belonging or in
