        Emma K. Bridges and J.C. Bridges to Martha A. Thrasher
                             Deed
      State of Georgia Fulton County
      In Consideration of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars to
      us paid by Martha A. Thrasher the receipt whereof is
      hereby acknowledged we Emma K. Bridges and J.C. Bridges
      her husband have this day bargained sold transferred and 
      conveyed and we do hereby bargain sell transfer and convey unto
      said Martha A. Thrasher her heirs and assigns an undivided
      one fifth interest interest in and to the following described
      Real Estate to wit Commencing at the south west corner
      of section thirty one (31) Township Eleven (11) and Range
      Twenty one (21) in the County of Alachua in the State of
      Florida and running Twenty Five Chains west - thence
      North Twenty chains. Thence East Twenty five chains
      to section line - thence south along section line to the
      point of beginning containing Fifty acres the interest
      thereby conveyed being one fifth interest in said property
      and no more. To Have and To Hold the said interest unto
      her the said Martha A. Thrasher her heirs and assigns
      forever in fee simple   Witness our hands and seals
