Mattie F. Knox to Martha A. Thrasher
                         "Deed"
       State of Georgia Fulton County
        In consideration of Five Dollars to us paid
       by Martha A. Thrasher the receipt whereof is hereby
              acknowledged as well as for and in consideration of
       of the love and affection which we have and bear towards
       the said Martha A. Thrasher we Mattie F. Knox and Wm
       M. Knox her husband have this day bargained sold
       transferred and conveyed unto the said Martha A.
       Thrasher and we do hereby bargain sell transfer and convey
       unto her the following described real Estate to wit
       Commencing at the South East corner of section 
       thirty one (31) Township Eleven (11) and Range Twenty
       one (21) in the County of Alachua in the State of 
       Florida and running Ninety five chains west thence
       North Twenty chains, Thence East Twenty five chains
       to the section line, Thence along section line to the 
       point of beginning containing Fifty acres the interest
       hereby conveyed being one undivided one fifth interest
       in said Real Estate and no more To Have and To Hold
       the said property unto her the said Martha A.
       Thrasher her heirs and assigns forever Witness our
       hands and seals this 30th of May AD 1881

         In consideration of Twelve Hundred Dollars
       to me paid by John J. Barr the receipt whereof
       is hereby acknowledged. I Martha A. Thrasher
       have this day bargained sold and conveyed and
       do hereby bargain sell transfer and convey unto said
       John J. Barr his heirs and assigns forever a three
       fifths undivided interest in and to the following
       described real Estate to wit Commencing at the
       south East corner of section Thirty one (31) Town
