the purposes set forth in said Deed

 This Indenture made and Entered into this 30th day of
may 1881 between James Doig and Francis W. Doig his wife
who joins in the deed for the purpose of renouncing and relinqui
shing her right of dower to the premises hereinafter conveyed
of the first part and Wm H. Robertson of the second part
Witnesseth that the parties of the first part for and 
in consideration of the sum of Five Dollars to them
paid the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged have
granted bargained and sold and by these presents do grant
bargain and sell and convey to the party of the second part
all their right title and interest in and to that certain tract or
parcel of land known and described in a map of Voyles
survey in 1876 of an Eastern addition of the Town of
Gainesville County of Alachua and State of Florida as follows
Commencing at the south East corner of Block (1) Range
(2) thence running North (450) feet thence West (200) feet
thence south (450) feet to Alachua Avenue thence
East (200) feet to place of beginning: To Have and
To Hold to the said party of the second part his
heirs and assigns with the rights and appurtenances
thereto belonging and the title to the same the parties
of the first part to the party of the second part
his heirs and assigns shall and will forever warrant
and defend by these presents = In Witness Whereof we
have hereunto set our hands and affixed our seals this the
day and year aforesaid               James Doig     ()
