Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that
                 } I Cynthia J. Waits of the County
of Alachua and State of Florida for and in consideration 
of the sum of sixty Dollars to me in hand paid by William
D. Bailey of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted
bargained and sold and do by these presents grant bargain
sell and convey unto the said William D. Bailey heirs Executors
administrators and assigns forever the following described
lot tract or parcel of land situate lying and being an addition
to the Town of Hawthorn County of Alachua and State of Florida
to wit Lot No Eight 8 fronting on the Rail Road and
measuring East from Rail Road on line dividing lots
Nos 8 and nine (9) six chains and sixty three links (6-63) thence
