hundredth acres more or less: To Have and To Hold the above granted
bargained and described premises togather with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging
or in anywise appertaining to the said William D. Bailey
his heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee simple
absolute forever and the said Cynthia J. Waits and Calvin Waits
her lawful husband for themselves and for their heirs Executors
administrators and assigns do covenant and agree to and with
the said William D. Bailey that they will and their heirs
Executors administrators and assigns shall forever Warrant
and defend the title to the above described premises against
all and Every person whomsoever lawfully claiming the same

that she renounced and relinquished all her Estate and

deed of conveyance and that she did the same freely and
voluntarily and without any constraint apprehension or fear of or
from her said husband - In Witness Whereof we have hereunto set
her hand and seal this tenth day of April AD 1880.
