of         AD 1881 personally appeared before me
a Justice of the Peace of the State of Florida
the above named Lydia Huggins to me well known
as the wife of George S.M. Huggins and as one of
the persons described in and who Executed the
foregoing deed of conveyance who being at the
time separate and apart from her husband the said
George S.M. Huggins did then and there make and
Execute the foregoing acknowledgement her
name being with her own hand subscribed and
her seal affixed in my presence. Witness my hand
and seal at Newnansville the day and year above

Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that
                 } I Solomon F. Halliday of the
aforesaid County and State for and in consideration of
the sum of One Thousand Dollars to him in hand
paid by Mary C. Post of the County of Alachua in
the State of Florida the receipt whereof I do
hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold
and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell
and convey unto her the said Mary C. Post all of that
certain lot peice tract or parcel of land situated
lying and being in the County of Alachua in the State of
Florida particularly known and described as follows to wit:
