C.D. Furman and Wife to Louisa C. Bailis
"Deed"
This Indenture made this Indenture made this 8th day
of in the year of our Lord Eight Hundred and Eighty
one between Charles D. Furman and Mary E. Furman his wife
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida party of
the first part and Louisa C. Balis in trust for Edward S.
Balis Annie W. Balis and Alida C. Balis (Minor children
of Edward L. Balis and Grand Children of Louisa C.
Balis of the said County of Alachua and State of Florida
party of the second part Witnesseth that the said
party of the first part for and in consideration of
Twenty five Dollars in hand paid by the said party
of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknow
ledged and the said party of the first part have
remised released conveyed and quit claimed and by
these presents do remise release convey and quit claim
unto the said party of the second part their heirs
or assigns forever all the right title interest claim
and demand which the said party of the first
part have in and to the following described lot peice or
parcel of land to wit; the East half 1/2 of the south west quarter
of the south west quarter of section seven (7) Township
Nine (9) Range Twenty one (21) East To Have and To hold the
same togather with all and singular the appurtenances and privaleges
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and all the
Estate right title interest and claim whatever of the said party
of the first part Either in law or Equity to the only proper use
and benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part their
heirs and assigns forever: In Witness Whereof the said party of the
first part have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and
year first above written }

seal Execute and deliver the foregoing quit claim "Deed"
for the uses and purposes therein claimed and Expressed and that
John C. Doolittle togather with me signed the same
as subscribing Witnesses thereto C.H. Furman
