       Alachua County   } Know all men by theses presents that I
                        } N.D. Phillips of Gainesville County of
       Alachua State of Florida for and in consideration of the sum of
       Two Hundred Dollars to me cash in hand on day paid by S.F.
       Halliday of the same town County and State as aforesaid the
       receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted bar
       -gained sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain
       sell and convey unto him the said S.F. Halliday all of that Certain
       peice parcel or tract of land situate lying and being in the County
       of Alachua in the state of Florida particularly described as
       follows to wit: The East half of the North West quarter of the South
       east quarter of Section sixteen (16) in Township Ten (10) south
       of Range Twenty (20) East Containing Twenty acres of land more
       or less: Togather with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
       and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining
       Togather with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurte
       nances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining = To Have
       and To Hold he same unto him the said S.F. Halliday and to his heirs
       Executors administrators and assigns in fee simple absolute forever
