Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that I
                 } K.J. Phillips wife of N.D. Phillips for and
in Consideration of the sum of one Dollar to me in hand
paid by S.F. Halliday and for the further Consideration of the
premises in above deed contained have and do hereby relinquish
renounce and forever quit claim unto the said S.F. Halliday all
of my dower and right of dower in and to the property therein conveyed
freely voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint apprehension or
fear of or from my said husband Witness my hand and seal this 11th
day of June AD 1881         }

                 } came before me Mrs K.J. Phillips wife of
N.D. Phillips grantor in the above deed who after an
Examination by me first held separate and apart from
her husband acknowledged that she did sign seal
& deliver the above and foregoing relinquishment of Dower
in and to said property for the purposes therein Expressed
freely voluntarily and without any Compulsion Constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
