Ella and Frank Palmer to Annis Laureine

Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that we Ella
                 } Palmer and Frank Palmer who joins in the pre
mise to affirm the action of his wife Ella Palmer of the afore
said County and State for and in consideration of the sum
of Four Hundred and Fifty Dollars to them in hand paid by
Annis Laurena of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have granted bar
gained sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell
and convey unto her the said Annis Lauena all of that Certain
lot peice tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in the County of
Alachua in the State of Florida particularly known and described
as follows to wit: All that Certain peice or parcel of land
situated & lying in the County of Alachua State of Florida
in section (25) Twenty five Township (10) ten Range (18)
Eighteen south & East and particularly described as follows
by the United States Survey as the south quarter of the
North East quarter of the North East quarter also the south
East quarter of the North East quarter all being in Sec (25)
T (10) R (18) South & East containing by Estimation Fifty acres
of land more or less Reserving all the large Timber for
saw Logs. Togather with all and singular the tenements here-
ditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise
appertaining. To Have and To Hold the same unto her the said
Annis Laurrine and to her heirs Executors administrators or
assigns in fee simple absolute forever and we the said Ella
Palmer & Frank Palmer as her husband do hereby Covenant
and agree to and with the said Annis Lawrence that we are lawfully
seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed and that
we have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same
that the same is free from all encumbrances of any kind
whatever and that we will and our heirs Executors and
administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the
same unto her the said Annis Laurrena and to heirs Executors
administrators and assigns against the lawful claims and demands
of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter
to claim the same In Witness Whereof we have hereto set
our hands and seals and affixed our seals on this 17th day of
January AD 1881                }
