on this 17th day of January AD 1881 Before me personally
appeared Mrs Ella Palmer wife of Frank Palmer one of the
grantors in the foregoing conveyance who being first duly
questioned and Examined by me separate and apart from
her said husband says and acknowledges before me that
she did sign the said Deed of Conveyance for the purpose
of selling and conveying in and to the land in said deed described
and that said conveyance was done and made by her freely and
voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint apprehension or
fear of or from her said husband

Alachua County } Know all men by these presents that
} I William A. Colclough (widower)
of the foresaid County and State for and in consideration of the sum
of three Hundred Dollars to me in hand paid by Sarah
G. Campbell of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted
bargained, sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell and convey unto her the said Mrs Sarah G. Campbell
all of that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land
situate lying and being in the County of Alachua in the State
of Florida particularly known and described as follows
to wit Commencing at the South East corner of Section Sixteen
(16) Township Nine (9) south Range Nineteen East thence
North forty chains to half mile line thence west Twenty five
