Chains to the point of beginning lying and being in said section
sixteen (16) Township Nine (9) south Range Nineteen (19) East
containing by Estimation 100 acres of land more or less =
Togather with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appur
tenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining
To Have and To Hold the same unto her the said Mrs Sarah G. Campbell
and to her heirs Executors administrators and assigns in fee simple and
absolute and I the said William A. Colclough Do hereby covenant
and agree to and with the said Mrs Sarah G. Campbell that I am
lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed and
that we have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same
that the same is free from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever
and that I will and my heirs Executors and administrators shall and
will forever warrant and defend the same unto her the said Mrs
Sarah G. Campbell and to her heirs Executors administrators and
assigns against the lawful claims and demands of any and all
persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the
same - In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affix
my seal on this 25th day of June AD 1881

Know all men by these presents that I Alexander N. Wilson
of the County of Chatham in the State of Georgia for and in
consideration of the sum of Five Hundred Dollars to me in
hand paid the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged have
granted bargained and sold and by these presents do grant
bargain sell and convey to Albert T. Zetrouer all that parcel
of land lying in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
and in the Arredondo Grant and known and described as the East
