Albert T. Zetrouer his heirs and assigns with all the rights and
appurtenances thereunto belonging and the title the said land
to the said Albert T. Zetrouer his heirs and assigns the said
Alexander N. Wilson as against himself his heirs shall and
will forever warrant and defend by these presents In Witness
