and East containing Forty (40) acres more or less reserving
Twelve and one half feet (12 1/2) along the south line for a
public Road containing by Estimation Forty (40) acres of land
more or less Togather with all and singular the tenements heredit
aments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any
wise appertaining To Have and To Hold the same unto him
the said O.S. Goss and to his heirs executors administrators and
assigns in fee simple absolute forever and we the said Ella
Palmer and Frank Palmer her husband do hereby covenant and 
agree to and with the said O.S. Goss that we lawfully seized
in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed and that we
have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same
that the same is free from all encumbrances of any kind what
soever and that we will and our heirs Executors and administra
=tors shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto
him the said O.S. Goss and to his heirs and Executors adminis
trators and assigns against the lawful claims and demands
of any and all persons whomsoever Now claiming or hereafter
to claim the same In Witness Whereof we have hereunto set our
hands and affixed our seals on this 16th day of June

appeared Mrs Ella Palmer wife of Frank Palmer one
of the grantors in the foregoing conveyance who being first
duly questioned and Examined by me separate and apart from
her said husband says and acknowledges before me that she
did sign the said Deed of Conveyance for the purpose
of selling and conveying all of her right property in and to the
land in said deed described and that said conveyance was
done and made by her freely and voluntarily and without any com
pulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from her
said husband
