J.S. and E.E. Jolly to W.N. Thompson
"Deed"
This Indenture made the first day of June Anno Domini
Eighteen hundred and Eighty one between James S. Jolly of
the Town of Hawthorn County of Alachua and State of
Florida and Esther E. his wife parties of the first part and
William Naylor Thompson of the City of Fernandina County
of Naussau and said State of Florida party of the second
part Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for and
in consideration of the sum of one hundred and twenty five
Dollars to them in hand paid by the said party of the
second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
hath given granted aleined bargained sold transferred and
do by these presents give grant alien bargain sell transfer
and convey unto the said party of the second part and to his
heirs and assigns forever all that certain lot tract or parcel
of land situate lying and being in the County of Alachua
and said State of Florida and known and described
on the public maps and records of said State as Fractional
section thirty (30) in township Eleven (11) South of Range
Twenty Two (22) East containing Fifty three & 87/100 (53 87/100) acres
more or less - (Fractional sec 30 T11 S R22 E) Togather with
all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging and also all the Estate right title interest
dower and right of Dower property claim and demand whatsoever
as well in law as in Equity of the said partys of the first part
of in and to the same with the appurtenances. To Have and To Hold
the above described premises with the appurtenances thereunto
belonging unto the said party of the second part and to
his heirs and assigns as his and their absolute property in
fee simple forever and the said James S. Jolly for him
self and for all others holding by through or under them
does Covenant and agree that he is lawfully seized of
the above described premises by Deed from the
Trustees of the Internal Improvement fund of Florida
bearing date October 30 AD 1879 and that he has conveyed
the same free and discharged from all encumbrances and leins
of any and every nature and description created by himself and
that the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns shall quietly and peaceably enjoy the above
described premises against all persons whomsoever
lawfully claiming by through or under them the said
parties of the first part: In Witness Whereof the said
parties of the first part have hereunto affixed their hands
and seals this the day and year above written
