Jas S. Jolly and Esther E. Jolly on this sixteenth day of June
AD 1881 who severally acknowledged that they Executed the
foregoing deed and I further certify that that the said Esther
E. Jolly being at the time separate and apart from her said
husband did acknowledge under hand and seal that she Executed
the foregoing deed of conveyance to Wm Nailor Thompson and that
she Joined in the said deed for the purpose of relinquishing and
renouncing all dower and right of Dower in and to the premises
therein described and that said relinquishment and renunciation was and is
made fully and voluntarily and without any compulsion or constraint appre
hension or fear of or from her husband the said Jas S. Jolly

 Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that
                  } we Noah Townsend and Sarah Town
send his wife of Alachua County and State of Florida
for and in consideration of one Hundred and sixty Dollars
and fifty cents to us in hand paid by Asa B. Townsend
of Alachua County and State of Florida the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained and sold
and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey
unto the said Asa B. Townsend his heirs Executors
administrators and assigns for Ever the following
described tract or parcel of land situated lying and
being in the County of Alachua and State of Florida to wit
the west half of the south west quarter of section
(20) in Township Ten south of Range Twenty
Two and seven 7 30/100 acres beginning at the North West Corner
of the South East 1/4 of the south west 1/4 of Section (20)
Township (10) South of Range (22) E thence East
6.04 chains thence South 12.08 chains thence west 6.04
chains thence North 12.08 chains back to place of
beginning Seven acres and 30 hundredths to have and To
Hold the above granted bargained and described
