premises togather with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belong
ing or in anywise appertaining to the said Asa
B. Townsend his heirs executors administrators
and assigns in fee simple absolute forever and the
said Noah Townsend and Sarah Townsend his
wife for themselves and for their heirs Executors administra
=tors and assigns do Covenant and agree to and with the
said Asa B. Townsend that they will and their heirs
Executors administrators and assigns shall forever
Warrant and defend the title to the above described
premises against any and all persons whomsoever
lawfully claiming the same  Witness our hands

any constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said
