                   we Noah Townsend and Sarah
Townsend his wife of the County of Alachua and State
of Florida for and in the consideration of the sum
of Five Hundred Dollars to them in hand paid by
John Bates of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
granted bargained and sold and do by these presents
grant bargain sell and convey unto the said John Bates
his heirs executors administrators and assigns forever
the following described lot or parcel of land situate
lying and being in the County of Alachua and State of
Florida to wit: the North East 1/4 of the North East 1/4
and the South East 1/4 of North West 1/4 of section all in section
Eleven Township (12) Range (22) and the North East
1/4 of North west 1/4 of sec (12) Township (12) Range
(22) and the south west 1/4 of south East 1/4 of section

the above granted bargained and described premises
togather with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any
wise appertaining to the said John Bates
