Alachua County } Know all Men by these presents
} that I Amos Mulberry of the Town
of Gainesville of the aforesaid County and State for and
in Consideration of of Natural Affection and one Dollar
to Me in hand paid by My lawful and beloved Wife
Francis Mulberry of Gainesville of the County of
Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt wheof
I do hereby Acknowledge have granted bargained
sold and Conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain Sell
and Convey unto her the Said Francis Mulberry and to the
heirs and off spring of our Union as husband and wife
All of the Certain lot peice tract or parcel of land Situ
-ated lying and being in the County of Alachua in the State
of Florida particularly Known and described as
follows to wit Commencing one hundred and Eighty
180 feet from the Eastern Line of lot forty six (46)
South and Running west Sixty Six (66) feet the said
Sixty Six 66/ feet running the whole length of said lot
North and South to the North boundary of said
lot Said lot forty Six (46) being a description of the
lands of Nathan SpenCer Decd according to a diagram
of lots the Same being a fractional part of the N1/2
of Section Six (6) Township Ten (10) S Range
twenty (20) East Togather with all and Singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the Same
belonging or in Anywise appertaining To Have and
To Hold the Same unto the said Francis Mulberry
and to her heirs Executors Administrators and assigns
in fee Simple Absolute forever and I the Said Amos
Mulberry do hereby Covenant and agree to and with
the said Francis Mulberry and to and with the heirs and
Offsprings of our Union as husband and Wife that
I am Lawfully Seized in fee of the property herein
and hereby Conveyed and that I have good and lawful
right to sell and Convey the Same that the Same is
free from All encumbrances of Any Kind whatsoever
and that I Shall and will forever Warrant and defend
the Same unto her the Said Francis Mulberry and to
her heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns against
the lawful claims and demands of any and All persons
whomsoever Now claiming or hereafter to claim
the Same In Witness Whereof I hereunto set
My hand and Affixed My seal on this 6th day of April
