Laura L. and John B. Dell To Livonia E. Hunter Trustee
Deed
This Indenture made this Sixteenth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and eighty one Between Laura L. Dell and John B. Dell her husband
of the county of Alachua State of Florida parties of the first part and Livonia E.
Hunter as Trustee for Laura Standley, William T. Standley, Bertie Standley, and
Henry Standley minor children of James W. Standley deceased of the second
part Witnesseth, that the said parties of the first part in consideration of the
sum of the natural Love and affection for the said Children and one dollar
to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt
whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged have bargained, sold, remised,
and Quit Claimed, And by these Presents do bargain, sell remise, and Quit Claim
unto the said party of the second part Trustee and to her heirs and assigns
forever all that part of a certain piece or parcel of Land conveyed to the
said Laura L. Dell by Penelope L. Standley of the 31st day of July AD 1872
and recorded in Book H, page 819 on 7th day of Aug 1872 Lying East of the
following lines To Wit; commence at the North West corner of the North West
quarter of the North East quarter of section Twenty nine of township eight
South of Range Nineteen east running west twenty seven chains and
fifty Links to a certain post thence South 5 degrees 15' West fifty one
chains and fifty Links to the Line of the Sanchez Grant containing
five hundred acres more or less, Together with all and singular the
hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining
and the revision and revisions remainder and remainders rents issues and
profits thereof and all the estate right, title, interest, claim and demand what-
soever of the said parties of the first part either in law or equity, of, in, and to
the above bargained premises, with the said hereditaments and appurtenances, To
Have and to Hold the said described premises to the said party of the second part
her heirs and assigns to the sole and only proper benefit and behoof of the
said party of the second part her heirs and assigns forever as said Trustee
In Witness Whereof, the party of the first part has hereunto set their hand |
