described in and who executed the within instrument and they acknowledged

Alachua County      Know all men by these presents that we William A.
Colclough as sole heir at law of his son W. Priestly Colclough late of
Gainesville in Alachua county Florida, deceased and Olive C. Colclough (formerly
before her marriage Olive C. Harvard) as sole heir at law of her father S.F. Harvard
late of Alachua County Florida, deceased, and Charles A. Colclough her husband
who Joins his said wife for the purpose of ratifying her acts herein all of
Gainesville in Alachua County Florida for and in consideration of the sum of
One hundred and fifteen dollars to us cash in hand on this day paid by Julia
Cessna and Olivia A. Porter the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge
and in consideration of the further sum of One hundred and fifteen dollars to us
second to be paid in future have granted bargained, sold and conveyed
and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto them the said
Julia Cessna and Olivia A. Porter all that certain lot piece or parcel of land
Situated lying and being in the county of Alachua in the State of Florida within
