   Mrs M.P. Perry To Charles Francis Trustee
                "Agreement"
This agreement entered into this 9th day of May between M.P. Perry of the
one part and Chas Francis Trustee of the other part Witnesseth: The said M.
P. Perry agrees that when the said Francis shall have the Florida Southern
Railway completed and in operation over and across the NE1/4 of Sec 25
T10 S R21 to give and to deed to the said Francis Trustee the alternate
lots or blocks to be used for a town site and depot purposes. The said
lots or Blocks shall be of such size as may hereafter be agreed upon
between the said M.P. Perry and the said Chas Francis Trustee. The
Consideration being one dollar in hand paid by the said Francis the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged. The said Francis agrees to have
the said and above described tract of land surveyed and laid off into
lots and blocks for use and purposes above mentioned at his own expense
and proper plats of the same be furnished the said M.P. Perry
by the said Francis, a record of said deed shall be made at the expense
of the said Francis and copy of said plat filed therewith
