      Cynthia J. Waits To Charles Francis Trustee
                     Agreement
This Agreement entered into on this 23rd day of April AD 1881 between Cynthia J.
Waits and Calvin Waits of the one part and Charles Francis Trustee of the other 
part Witnesseth That as soon as the Florida Southern Railway Company
locates & Constructs its line of Rail way over and across the lands situated
situated between the present residence of the said Waits and J.S. Jolly or
not to exceed Five hundred feet north of of the section line between
26 and 35 T10S R22E The said Cynthia J. Waits and Calvin Waits her
husband will alternate or deed and convey unto the said Francis the
alternate lots or Blocks of all that portion of said sections 26 and 35 laying
north of and within one hundred and fifty feet of the said Waits Residence
and East of and from the right of way of the Peninsular Railroad Eastwardly
in the said Sections 26 and 35 to make the total amount of fifty acres to be sub=
divided into lots and blocks. The consideration to be received and to be rendered to
the said Cynthia J. Waits and the said Calvin Waits is one dollar in hand paid
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged that the said Francis shall
guarantee and have in operation the said Florida Southern Rail way and
shall at his own expence survey and platt said parcels of land into
subdivisions of Blocks and lots of such size as may be agree upon between
the said Waits and the said Francis one half of the said lots and Blocks shall
