of said railroad to go beyond the limits of the said Sixty (60) or way hereby
granted and released to drain said railway and keep it drained and
the parties of the first part covenants and agrees not to disturb or molest the party
of the second part its successors and assigns servants, agents or employees in the
use and enjoyment of the said way or privileges. To have and to hold the above
granted premises and privileges unto the party of the second part, its successors and
assigns against all and every person or persons lawfully claiming or to claim
by or through the parties of the first part Provided however that of the party of
the second part its successors or assigns shall not with one (1) Year from
the date hereof locate, grade and tie its Rail Road over or within one (1)
miles of the above described premises this grant and conveyance to be
wholly void and of no effect. In Witness Whereof the parties of the first part
have here unto set their hand and seal the day and year first above
mentioned.

appeared James Kincade and ______ his wife to me known to be the person
described in and who executed the foregoing instrument and severally acknowledged
the execution thereof to be their free act and deed for the uses and purposes
therein mentioned; and the said Sarah Kingcaide the wife of the said James
Kingcaid on an examination taken and made separately and apart from her said
husband did acknowledge that she made herself a party to the said deed
for the purpose of renouncing and relinquishing her dower and right of dower
and all other right and title whatever in and to the lands tenements and
hereditaments therein described and thereby granted and released and that
this deed and relinquishment or renunciation of dower is made by her freely
and voluntarily and without any constraint apprehension compulsion
or fear of or from her said husband

        J.D. Matheson and Wife To Florida Southern Rail Way Company
                              Deed
This Indenture made the 30 day of June 1881 between J.D. Matheson and G.S.
Matheson his wife parties of the first part and the Florida Southern Rail Way
Company of the other part. The parties of the first part in consideration of one dollar
paid by the party of the second part ha_ bargained, sold, granted and conveyed and
do hereby bargain, sell grant and convey unto the party of the second part its
successors and assigns the following described parcel or parcels of land situated in
the County of Alachua and State of Florid to wit - And the parties of the first
