that she made herself a party to the said deed for the purpose of renouncing and
relinquishing her dower or right of dower and all other right and title whatever in
in and to the lands tenements and hereditaments therein described and thereby
granted and released and that this deed and relinquishment or renunciation of
dower is made by her freely and voluntarily and without any constraint
apprehension compulsion or fear of or from her said husband.

        C.F. Bailey To Mary E. Bailey
                      Deed
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I, C.F. Bailey of the
Alachua County   } County of Throckmorton and State of Texas for and in consideration
of the sum of Two hundred dollars ($20000) to me in hand paid by Mary E. Bailey
the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold and
conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto her the said
Mary E. Bailey all that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land situated lying
and being in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly known
and described as follows to wit Lot number ten (10) of the South half of Section
thirty two (32) Township nine (9) South Range Twenty (20) East as the same
appears on a Map or plat of the said of the said South half of said Section
Thirty two (32) T (9) R (20) made by W.C. Miller Civil Engineer and Surveyor which
said Map or Platt is duly recorded in Deed Book "K" at page 203 of the
Public Records of said Alachua County containing by estimation ten acres
of land more or less. Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining To Have and to
Hold the same unto her the said Mary E. Bailey and to her heirs executors
administrators and assigns in fee simple absolute forever. And I the said C.F. Bailey
do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Mary E. Bailey that I am
lawfully Seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed and that
I have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same that the same
is free from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and that I will and
my heirs executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and
defend the same unto her the said Mary E. Bailey and to her heirs executors
administrators and assigns against the lawful claims and demands of any
and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same. In
Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal on this __
day of ___ AD 1881
