premises this grant and conveyance to be wholly void and of no effect. In

Colclough his wife to me well known to be the persons described in and who executed
the foregoing instrument and severally acknowledged the execution thereof to be 
their free act and deed for the uses and purposes therein mentioned and the said 
O.C. Colclough the wife of the said C.A. Colclough on an examination taken and 
made separately and apart from her said husband did acknowledge that she made 
herself a party to the said deed for the purpose of renouncing and relinquishing 
her dower or right of dower and all other right and title whatever in and to the 
lands tenements and hereditaments therein described and thereby granted and 
released and that this deed and relinquishment or renunciation of dower is made 
by her freely and voluntarily and without any constraint apprehension 
compulsion or fear of or from her said husband

  S.L. Hawthorn To Florida Southern Rail Way Company
                      Deed
This Indenture made the 1st day of July 1881 between S.L. Hawthorn party of the 
first part and the Florida Southern Rail Way Company of the other part. The 
party of the first part in consideration of one dollar paid by the party of the 
second part has bargained, sold, granted and conveyed and do hereby bargain
sell, grant and convey unto the party of the second part its successors and 
assigns the following described parcel or parcels of land situate in the County 
of Alachua and State of Florid to wit: - And the party of the first part for 
and in consideration of the further sum of one Dollar paid to the party of the 
first part by the party of the second part does hereby bargain, sell, release 
and convey unto the party of the second part its successors and assigns a right 
of way, in over and through any and all lands the party of the first 
part have or may have in said County to enable the party of the Second part 
its successors and assigns to build construct have hold use and operate 
a rail way said way shall be Thirty two feet wide and located by 
the party of the second part and it may be lawful for the party of the 
second part its successors and assigns and all and every person for its
