known and described as being the South West quarter of Section Sixteen (16)
in Township Ten (10) South of Range Nineteen (19) East containing one hundred
and Sixty acres of land more or less = Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining
To Have and to Hold the same unto the said Annie L. Barton and to her
heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee Simple absolute forever

being first duly questioned and examined by me separate and apart from her
said husband did say and acknowledge before me that she did sign seal
execute and deliver the foregoing deed of conveyance for the purpose disposing
of, releasing, relinquishing and renouncing and conveying all of her right title
interest and claim to Dower or any other interest in and to the land set forth
and described in said deed and, that she did the same freely and voluntarily
any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
