deed and acknowledged the signing and sealing thereof to be their
voluntary act and deed for the uses and purposes therein mentioned
In testimony whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my
seal on the day and year aforesaid

Alachua County }  Know all men by these presents That I wife of A Goodson
Grantor in the foregoing deed conveying Real Estate for and in consideration
of the premises in said deed mentioned and of one dollar to me in hand paid
by Geo C. Swift grantee in said Deed mentioned the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged have remised relinquished renounced and by these
presents do remise relinquish renounce and forever quit claim unto the
said Geo C Swift all my dower and right of dower in and to the lands in
the foregoing deed mentioned and conveyed. To have and to hold the same
unto the said Geo C. Swift his heirs and assigns forever: and I do hereby
acknowledge that I do the same freely and voluntarily and without
any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from my said
husband In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal
this the 14th day of August AD 1880.

1880 personally came before me a Justice of the Peace Celey Goodson
wife of A. Goodson who upon an examination by me held separate and
apart from her husband acknowledged that she did make sign and
seal the foregoing renunciation relinquishment and acknowledgement
freely voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint apprehension
or fear of or from her said husband Witness my hand and seal
this the 14th day of Aug AD 1880

              Jane and Henry Gaines To Fannie Duval
                          "Deed"
This Indenture, Made this the ninth day of August in the year of our
Lord one thousand eight hundred and Seventy nine between Jane Gaines
and Henry Gaines of the County of Alachua and State of Florida part of the
first part and Fanny Duval of the same state and county party of the
second part. Witnesseth That the said party of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of Fifty dollars to her in hand paid by the
said party of the second part, at and before the ensealing and delivery
