described premises together with all and singular the rights and privileges immunities
easements and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining unto the
said party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns as his and their absolute
property in fee simple forever and the said Florida Land and Immigration Company
for itself and assigns and for all others claiming by, through or under it does
covenant and agree that at the time of the execution and delivery of these presents
the said company is seized of a good and indefeasible fee simple to the above
premises and has good right to convey the same, free and discharged from all
incumbrances and liens of any and every nature and description; and that
the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns shall quietly and
peaceably and may at all times hereafter, have, use, occupy possess and enjoy
the above described premises against all persons whatsoever lawfully claiming
the same. And that it will at any and at all times make such further covenants
conveyances and assurances at the expense of the said party of the second as
he the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns or counsel
learned in the law may require In Witness Whereof the said party of the

"Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I William H. Veitch
Alachua County } (Bachelor of the aforesaid County and State for and in
consideration of the sum of One Hundred and seventy five dollars to me in
hand paid by Joseph H. Ruff and Jonathan M. Milhollin of the County of
Suwannee and State of Florida the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have
granted, bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain
sell and convey unto them the said Joseph H. Ruff and Jonathan M.
Milhollin all that certain lot, piece tract or parcel of land situated, lying
and being in the County of Alachua, in the State of Florida particularly
known and described as follows to wit: Commencing at the North West corner of
the South East quarter thence East ten chains to a Stake thence South
ten chains to a Stake thence West ten chains to a Stake thence
North ten chains to the place of beginning, containing ten acres all in
the North West quarter of the South East quarter of section Seven, Township
nine South Range Twenty one East, containing by estimation ten acres
